La Salle Apartments is a component of Phase I of a multi-phase
revitalization plan to address the housing issues in the Winter Halter district.
Currently there is a critical shortage of safe, affordable, quality housing in this area.
La Salle Blvd. is a 16-unit Spanish Revival style midrise apartment building,
located in the Winter Halter district.
La Salle Apartments is a 2 story multi-family building made up of 16 units and
contains 16 one bedroom one bath apartments, which is critical to addressing the
single community in need of quality housing. The units will maintain many historic
details to preserve its charm, but will be completely renovated.
